Role Purpose
This role focuses on supporting business leaders with effective HR strategies that improve workforce performance, employee engagement, and organizational efficiency.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between management and employees, ensuring that HR policies, talent processes, and performance systems are properly implemented across the assigned division.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Work closely with line executives to understand business needs and develop practical HR solutions.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
- Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with HR teams to strengthen recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
- Monitor workforce structure and support headcount planning and organizational design.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that improve morale and productivity.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.
- Support training and development programs based on identified skill gaps.
- Manage employee exit processes in line with company policies.
- Work with industrial relations teams on grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive work environment through coaching and leadership support.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants are expected to have:
- A first degree in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, or related fields.
- 6–13 years of HR experience, preferably in a medium to large organization.
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, or business partnering.
- Experience in supervising or managing teams.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
