Position Overview

The Quality Control Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s quality control department. The successful candidate will oversee laboratory quality activities, ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
    • Chemistry
    • Industrial Chemistry
    • Biochemistry
    • Pure and Applied Chemistry
    • Or another closely related scientific field
  • A minimum academic qualification of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).

Experience Required

Candidates should have:

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of NAFDAC regulations and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
  • Experience using modern quality control software and laboratory systems.
