Key Responsibilities
Power Generation Operations and Reliability
The role holder will:
- Lead operations of captive power plants, including coal and gas-based systems.
- Oversee Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) systems.
- Ensure reliable power supply for:
- Kiln operations
- Grinding units
- Auxiliary plant systems
- Improve plant load factor (PLF) and generation efficiency.
- Minimise power-related production interruptions.
Maintenance and Equipment Reliability

- Lead preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programmes.
