About B-KELANA International Training Center (BITC)
B-KELANA International Training Center Ltd is a Rwanda-based professional training hub launched in April 2026 as a subsidiary of B-KELANA International Ltd, an auditing and consulting firm operating since 2010.
The training center was established to address a common challenge in the job market: many graduates have academic knowledge but lack the practical experience employers expect. BITC focuses on closing this gap by offering intensive, real-world training aligned with industry needs and international standards.
Through practical learning and exposure to real business environments, the center contributes to building skilled professionals who can immediately add value in both public and private organizations.
