Job Overview

The Consultant, Culture and Change Management will support analysis, research and delivery across transformation workstreams. The role contributes to diagnostics, strategy development, implementation support, reports, presentations and client deliverables, while helping organizations embed new behaviours and ways of working.

The position focuses on organizational culture diagnostics, change management methodologies and transformation programmes across complex, fast-paced environments in Nigeria and West Africa.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, research and delivery of transformation workstreams.
• Assist with diagnostics, strategy development and implementation support.
• Contribute to reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Lead organizational culture diagnostics and transformation programs.
• Apply change management methodologies to embed new behaviours and ways of working.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, culture and change management, or transformation programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Human Resource Management, Economics or Social Sciences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Creativity and innovativeness in designing and delivering solutions.

Previous consulting experience will be an advantage.

Advanced degrees, including an MBA or MSc, and certifications such as CIPM, CIPD or SHRM are an advantage.
