About the Role

The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and leadership teams across PATH’s Global Health Programs division.

The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside Senior HR Business Partners, regional HR teams, People Operations, Shared Services, and other internal stakeholders to ensure employees receive consistent and effective HR support.

Key Responsibilities

Align People Strategies with Organizational Goals

A core responsibility of the HR Business Partner is helping leadership teams connect business priorities with workforce strategies.
