Key Responsibilities

Security Operations Management

The Operations Manager will:

• Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations.
• Develop and implement appropriate security strategies and operational policies.
• Ensure that security personnel are deployed according to operational requirements.
• Confirm that personnel receive adequate supervision.
• Ensure security teams have the equipment required to perform their duties.
• Monitor service delivery and address operational challenges as they arise.

Risk and Compliance Management

The role holder will also:

• Conduct and coordinate security risk assessments.
• Identify security threats and operational vulnerabilities.

Incident and Emergency Response
