About the Role
The Site Administrator plays an important role in supporting construction projects by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining personnel records, managing office operations, and assisting the project team with day-to-day site management.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing site access by coordinating gate passes, visitor registration, and site induction records.
- Maintaining personnel records, including attendance registers, timesheets, and leave documentation.
- Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the site office, including meeting room scheduling, stationery, office supplies, printing, and equipment management.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Organizing induction programmes for new site personnel in collaboration with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager.
- Managing drivers’ schedules and maintaining vehicle service and maintenance records.
- Supervising the site cleaning team and ensuring offices and welfare facilities remain clean and well maintained.
- Supporting document management activities, including filing and archiving project records.
- Managing the site’s petty cash and maintaining accurate expense records.
- Providing administrative support to the Project Director and Construction Manager as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years working in a construction site environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
