Role Overview
The Enterprise Digital Marketing and Sales Officer will manage the connection between digital marketing activities and enterprise sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business leads, nurturing prospects, supporting sales conversations, and helping convert opportunities into successful ERP consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Create and manage content strategies including case studies, webinars, whitepapers, and industry insights.
- Develop targeted campaigns focused on enterprise decision-makers such as CFOs, COOs, IT Directors, and CIOs.
- Manage account-based marketing campaigns for selected industries and organizations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics and CRM tools.
Enterprise Sales Support
- Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand potential clients’ business needs.
- Present ERP consulting solutions and support product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and responses to client requests.
- Support participation in business events, webinars, and industry networking activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience combining B2B digital marketing and enterprise sales.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, IT consulting, or enterprise software industries is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales or revenue targets.
- Understanding of enterprise customer acquisition and sales processes.
Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have knowledge of:
