About the Role
The Service Delivery Coordinator will support the successful delivery of internet installation and activation services by coordinating installation requests, maintaining service records, preparing operational reports, and communicating with internal teams and customers.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Update and maintain the pre-sales tracker for installation, survey, proof-of-concept (POC), trial, and activation requests.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on service delivery activities.
- Process account activations for newly installed internet connections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer contracts are completed and properly documented.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for signed customer agreements.
- Prepare weekly handover reports for newly activated corporate, reseller, dealer, and partner accounts.
- Submit weekly reports of newly activated accounts to the finance department.
- Provide regular installation and survey updates to the sales team.
- Process service requests received from sales representatives and resellers.
- Communicate service updates and relevant information to internal stakeholders.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties assigned by the Service Delivery Manager.
