This consultancy supports UNICEF Nigeria’s Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) programme by strengthening Social and Community Listening (SCL) and Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Connect information from Talkwalker, CAIMS, CRM platforms, and Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) databases.
  • Build dashboards that monitor accountability indicators, complaints, referrals, and community feedback.
  • Configure RapidPro workflows for surveys, automated reporting, and digital feedback collection.
  • Improve data collection, reporting, and visualisation processes.
  • Produce documentation covering system architecture, dashboard logic, and integration workflows.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
  • Work closely with UNICEF’s Social Behaviour Change, ICT, Accountability, and Monitoring & Evaluation teams.
  • Promote responsible data management practices that align with privacy and data protection standards.
