Virtual Sales Engagement

- Guide clients through the application process from start to finish
Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
Because this involves payroll-based lending, accuracy matters:
- Verify IPPIS/GSIS for civil servants
- Work with GIRO payroll systems for paramilitary deductions
- Coordinate with HR teams, payroll officers, and union representatives where needed
Customer Support & Portfolio Follow-Up
Beyond sales, you’ll also stay involved after onboarding:
- Respond to client questions and repayment concerns
- Handle updates and resolve basic complaints
- Maintain ongoing communication with active clients
There is also an opportunity to:
- Cross-sell savings and related financial products
- Contribute to customer retention and account growth
- Submit regular sales and performance reports

Work Structure & Expectations
- Type: Full-time (Remote)
- Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly.
- Experience Level: 0–3 years
- Qualification: OND, HND, BA/BSc accepted
- Work Coverage: Abuja, Lagos, Kwara, Kogi, and other regions
