Lead Financial Strategy for a Growing Development Organization
StreSERT Integrated Limited is recruiting a highly experienced Finance and Procurement Manager to support the financial management of an international development organization based in Lagos, Nigeria. About the Role
As Finance and Procurement Manager, you will oversee the organization’s financial operations while managing procurement activities that support projects and daily operations. Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor annual organizational budgets.
- Track operational and project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify financial risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
- Support long-term financial sustainability through effective planning and investment strategies.
- Coordinate project financial reporting with programme teams.
Procurement Management
- Lead procurement planning and implementation.
- Supervise procurement staff and procurement processes.
- Manage vendor registration, evaluation, and compliance.
- Oversee contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
- Ensure transparent purchasing procedures and value for money.
Grants, Compliance and Internal Controls
- Manage grant finances and donor reporting requirements.
- Coordinate statutory audits and financial compliance activities.
- Ensure timely tax remittances and statutory filings.
- Maintain strong accounting systems and internal controls.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure complete documentation for all financial transactions.
- Monitor compliance with donor regulations and government requirements.
