Job Overview
The Executive Assistant in Management Consulting will provide strategic, administrative, and development support to the CEO and the Executive Management Team. The role combines executive support with responsibility for strategic initiatives, operational priorities, business reviews, process improvement, and performance reporting.
The successful candidate will work with senior and mid-level leadership to support the timely execution of key initiatives, maintain effective operating mechanisms, and help the organisation implement systems and processes needed to grow at scale.

Responsibilities
- Support and help drive company-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain key relationships across the organisation.
- Assist with overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of executive management.
- Design and implement cross-functional systems and processes required for organisational growth at scale.
- Lead targeted process-improvement initiatives and model a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Maintain the rhythm of key operating mechanisms to support the CEO in driving business operations and strategy projects.
- Work with senior and mid-level leadership to support the effective and timely execution of key business reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to track, analyse, and report organisational performance periodically.
- Plan and organise the CEO’s weekly and monthly administrative duties, including managing an active calendar of appointments, preparing correspondence, and preparing for meetings.
- Assist the CEO with external commitments and engagements involving a variety of external stakeholders.
- Ensure the CEO has the information required to remain productive and send agendas to meeting attendees when necessary.
- Monitor information flow and, when appropriate, act as a gatekeeper to ensure the CEO is involved in projects and decision-making processes at the right time.
- Manage the meeting cadence for the board of directors and leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved.
- Plan and lead company retreats and other special events.
