Position Overview
The Admin / Facility Officer will oversee day-to-day administrative activities while ensuring office facilities remain functional, safe, and well maintained. The successful candidate will coordinate vendors, monitor workplace operations, and support the smooth running of the organization’s administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage daily administrative activities within the office.
- Coordinate facility operations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance when required.
- Support office logistics and ensure workplace resources are available.
- Maintain proper administrative records and documentation.

Qualifications
