The Coordinator – Care.Human Resources supports the delivery of efficient care and claims management under the MTNN-approved health scheme. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Health and Wellbeing within the Human Resources division, the role covers health scheme reporting, provider quality assurance, case management, claims administration, employee health support and related operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Map trends and provide reports on various medical schemes.
  • Support quality assurance of health care providers.
  • Support case management by maintaining trackers for proactive intervention, reporting and cost management.
  • Enforce claims management service-level agreements and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Implement innovative ideas in bill management and guide management and staff on measures to reverse negative trends.
  • Support the prompt resolution of staff issues.
  • Support the international evacuation of employees and dependants when applicable.
  • Provide pre-travel support for employees on international assignment.
  • Support the implementation of pre-employment activities within company-approved timelines.
  • Implement expatriate management health care services.
  • Support sick leave tracking, investigation and reporting.
  • Support chronic sick leave implementation and monitoring, as well as lost-time monitoring.
  • Support the management of the MTNN work-site clinic.
  • Contribute to the monthly employee services operational report.
  • Prepare monthly bills for management approval by vetting, analysing and compiling them in the approved format.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse or BSc Nursing.
  • Three to seven years of work experience from a reputable organisation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in claims management.
  • At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
