Role Purpose

The HR Assistant will provide administrative support across several human resources activities. The role covers attendance management, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR information updates, appraisal records and communication relating to employees and workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing employee attendance records.
  • Sorting submitted résumés and compiling details of shortlisted candidates for the line manager.
  • Escalating employee complaints or enquiries concerning monthly salaries to the line manager.
  • Processing employee documentation and maintaining updated records in the Human Resources Information System.
  • Informing the IT team when new employees join and following up on the availability of required work tools.
  • Coordinating the monthly employee survey.
  • Tracking employee birthdays and managing the related announcements.
  • Supporting programme and office management activities.
  • Collecting quarterly appraisal forms from all subsidiaries and uploading them to the organization’s cloud server.
  • Assisting with workplace conflict management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • Ordinary National Diploma.
  • Higher National Diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
