Total Data Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership across the organisation. The role combines financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cost management and team leadership, making it particularly suited to an experienced finance professional who can work closely with senior management.

What the Finance Manager Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the company’s financial activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, direct and support the finance team.
- Provide financial and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director, management team and Board of Directors.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Contribute financial insight to long-term business planning.
- Monitor spending to ensure approved expenses remain within the organisation’s budget.
- Support cost control and operational efficiency across the business.
- Help ensure that the company’s risk and compliance framework is properly implemented and maintained.
- Build effective working relationships with senior management, external partners and other stakeholders.
- Review and improve finance-related procedures and processes.
- Monitor budgets and promote compliance with company policies.
- Ensure staff salaries are processed and paid monthly.
- Monitor client reimbursement of monthly payroll amounts in line with applicable service-level agreements.
- Ensure statutory deductions are accurately and promptly remitted.
- Liaise with banks, tax authorities, financial consultants and other external parties.
- Coordinate vendor payments in accordance with approved procedures and service-level agreements.
- Maintain the company’s office asset register.
- Carry out other official duties assigned by management.

Education and Professional Qualifications
