Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily inventory and warehouse operations in an onsite, full-time role based in Lagos. The position involves receiving goods from suppliers, checking delivered quantities, organizing stock, preparing transfers to retail stores, and assisting with wholesale orders.

The role also includes maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock audits, and keeping warehouse shelves and storage areas organized. Inventory operations are managed using Loyverse POS, which is integrated and optimized by Ribap Solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

The position is open to candidates with NCE, OND, other qualifications, Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), or vocational qualifications.

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and handle stock.
• Basic technology skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Compensation and Work Conditions

Salary

The monthly salary is ₦120,000 gross. Performance-based bonuses may apply.

Working Hours

Working hours are 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM.

Leave Policy

Annual leave is 10 working days per year. Sick leave is five days per year. A medical report is required if sick leave exceeds one day.
