Responsibilities

• Monitor and track campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Support inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for campaign execution, deployment and evaluation.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for new Below The Line (BTL) offers.
• Assist in developing and executing BTL campaigns to generate incremental revenue and reduce churn on the network.
• Support the writing, editing and proofreading of campaign scripts to ensure effective marketing communication that drives campaign uptake and improves campaign success rates.
• Analyse outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance.
• Support campaign management systems and channels.

Requirements and Qualifications

• First degree in a related discipline.
• Fluency in English.
• Three to seven years of experience, including experience working with others in a medium-sized organisation in areas such as campaign management, customer service or BTL communications.
• Experience with databases in the telecommunications industry.
• Expertise in experimental test design.
• Demonstrable reporting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of customer data analysis.
