Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, reusable code for future use.
• Develop functional and sustainable web applications using clean code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Conduct tests and optimise application performance.
• Work with engineers building client-facing applications to integrate user-interface elements with server-side logic.
• Implement modern technologies to improve legacy applications.
• Collect, analyse, and address technical and design requirements.
• Train and support internal teams.
• Work with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with DevOps principles.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong foundations in computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including agile development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• An in-depth understanding of source code management.
• An in-depth understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
• A strong understanding of databases and SQL.
