Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Process and manage Supply Requests (SRs) using the organization’s ERP and Service Task Management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to verify sourcing methods and item codes.
- Ensure supply requests are complete and accurate before approval.
- Monitor the progress of requests until all items have been dispatched and delivered.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking records for each request.
- Follow up with warehouse, procurement, and upstream supply teams regarding delivery timelines.
- Update requesters on the progress of their orders.
- Process internal requests according to organizational approval procedures.
- Maintain accurate logistics data within the ERP system.
- Report operational challenges, delays, and outstanding requests to the Logistics Site Manager.
- Coordinate with other logistics units to improve order tracking and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A university degree or technical qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of professional work experience.
- At least three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative operations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes.
