Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentation.

• Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Call Centre Operations, Verification, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hausa is required; non-Hausa-speaking candidates will not be considered.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs.

Compensation and Work Conditions

Salary

₦100,000 monthly.

This is a contracted position based in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
